Current president Tomasz Morawski, the second largest investor and Sfinks' founder, was appointed as deputy president.
"My entrance to the management board and cooperation at this level of the two main shareholders is related to the development of a new business plan in the coming months that will ensure Sfinks' further growth," Cacek said.
He added that the management board had been increased by new people with business and sector expertise who will be in charge of the company's long-term management and execution of its objectives. However, after approving the plans for the coming years and verifying those persons, both investors will withdraw from the firm's daily operations. "We anticipate that this will take place in a few months," said Cacek.
